Albion Sports kept up their perfect start to the West Riding County Amateur League Premier Division season with a 4-0 success at promoted Steeton last night, and visit bottom-placed Tingley Athletic on Saturday.
Tyersal were unable to extend their winning run to three games when they had to settle for a point after a 3-3 draw at Ovenden West Riding, and on Saturday they travel to Kirkburton.
Campion welcomed the return of James Nestor, who netted three goals in their 4-3 home win over Lower Hopton, and they will go to Ovenden after two draws and a win in their first three games.
Hunsworth, who were beaten 2-1 by both Albion Sports and Brighouse Town in their first two games in the top flight, finally picked up their first points with a 3-0 victory at Wibsey, and meet champions Bay Athletic in Huddersfield on Saturday, while Wibsey visit Lower Hopton.
With the top division well under way, Division One and Division Two start their programme on Saturday.
Littletown, Salts, and Ventus-Yeadon Celtic, who were at times in the frame for promotion from Division One last season before the consistency of promoted Steeton and Hunsworth left them among the chasing sides, will be looking to gain a Premier spot for season 2011-12, when the league are hoping to have the Premier Division at Step Seven on the National League System.
Salts and Ventus-Yeadon Celtic both start off with home games, Salts entertaining Wakefield City at Saltaire, while last season's Division Two champions Bay Athletic Reserves are the first opponents for Celtic at Dam Lane.
Littletown, who finished third, start their campaign with a trip to Tyersal Reserves.
League newcomers Long Lee start in Division Two with a home game at Marley Stadium against Kirkburton Reserves.
Crag Road United and West Horton both start their season with home games. Crag will entertain Tingley Athletic Reserves, while Rawdon Old Boys provide the opposition for West Horton at Myra Shay.
