Albion Sports AFC was founded in 1974 by Harjit Singh Panesar and Baljit Singh.

The club were entered into the Bradford Amateur Sunday League, becoming champions of Division Four in their inaugural season.They won the Premier Division in 1995–96, and again in 1999–2000, along with the British Asian Championship, the West Riding County Cup and the Bradford Sunday Senior Cup.
